Reservation conditions

- In order to guaranty your reservation we ask for your credit card number or a deposit of 30% of the room's price.
- It is highly appreciated to arrive to the hotel before 6:00 PM and to inform the hotel in case of late arrival.
- If a deposit is required, you have to send the requested amount by the requested time for your reservation to be valid.  

Cancellation conditions

- For a reservation guarantied by credit card, cancellation without penalty up to 2 days before the arrival date (48 hours). Passed 2 days the first night will be charged.
- Deposit is not refundable.
- In case of no-show, the first night will be the minimum charge.
